1. Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the joya9 log platform and all services operated under it. "Platform" refers to the joya9log.cam website and its associated mobile application. "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the services of this platform.

By accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. These Terms apply to all persons residing in Bangladesh and using the platform from Bangladesh.

In addition to these Terms, joya9 log's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines also apply and should be read together as a whole. Where separate terms exist for a specific service or promotional offer, those terms will also be in effect alongside these main Terms.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on the joya9 log platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. joya9 log reserves the right to close all accounts if a person is found to hold more than one.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Full legal name (as on your National ID card or passport)
• Active mobile number (to be used for OTP verification)
• Email address (if applicable)
• Date of birth (for age verification)

If an account is created with false or incomplete information and that information is later found to be untrue, joya9 log reserves the right to close that account immediately.

2.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account until you have notified us in writing of any breach of account security.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

joya9 log may at any time request the necessary documents to verify the identity of an account holder. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on the joya9 log platform is 21 years. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted to use the services of this platform. This 21+ age requirement will not be relaxed under any circumstances.

Age will be verified based on the date of birth provided at registration. In cases of doubt, a copy of a National ID card or passport may be requested. If an underage person is allowed to use an account, the account holder will bear full responsibility and the relevant account will be closed.

In addition, persons who have been declared ineligible to receive such services for any legal reason, or whose accounts have previously been closed, may not create a new account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on the joya9 log platform can be made through the mobile banking services available in Bangladesh. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Once funds are added to your account they are available for use immediately. joya9 log does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.3 Verification and Security

Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made. Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. If suspicious transactions or signs of money laundering are detected, joya9 log reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

joya9 log offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳200 is required. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000 and to meet the wagering requirement ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be bet.

5.2 Ongoing Promotional Offers

joya9 log regularly runs the following promotional offers:

• Weekly joya9 log Festival: 50% bonus every week, up to ৳10,000 — 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200.
• joya9 log Friday Joy: 30% bonus on Friday deposits, up to ৳6,000 — 15x wagering.
• Cricket Frenzy Reward: 40% bonus on the Sports section, up to ৳8,000 — 18x wagering.
• Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳2,000 reward during the registered birthday month — 10x wagering.
• Refer a Friend, Get a Bonus: Up to ৳3,000 for a successful referral — 12x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The time limit for meeting bonus conditions will be stated in the details of each individual offer. If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus will be cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting and Game Rules

The joya9 log platform offers various types of games including sports betting, casino games, live casino, and fishing games. Each game category has its own detailed rules which are displayed in the game interface.

Once a bet or game round has started, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, joya9 log will determine the result according to established rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds for sporting events are set according to standard market practice. If an event is postponed or cancelled, joya9 log will follow the decision of the relevant sports governing body when determining the outcome of that bet.

6.3 Technical Faults

If a software or hardware fault produces an abnormal result or payout, joya9 log reserves the right to cancel that transaction and refund the relevant amount. Claims for winnings obtained through software errors are not acceptable.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joya9 log platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity
• Abusing bonuses or using bonus arbitrage strategies
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the system or games
• Using automated software or bots to manage games or bets
• Transferring funds through third-party accounts
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activities
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the platform

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by joya9 log

joya9 log may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of these Terms is found
• Until identity or age verification is complete
• If suspicious financial transactions are identified
• If there are signs that account security has been compromised

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, notify the support team via live chat or email. Requests to close an account under self-exclusion or responsible gaming provisions are also accepted. For more information, please read our Responsible Gaming guidelines.

8.3 Balance Settlement

If there is an active balance at the time of account closure and the closure is not due to a breach of the Terms, that balance will be returned to the verified payment method.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Liability

While every effort is made to keep the joya9 log platform running continuously and without errors, temporary interruptions or faults may occur for technical reasons. joya9 log's liability for direct or indirect loss arising from such situations is limited.

10.2 User Responsibility

Participating in gaming and betting activities is entirely your own decision. joya9 log is not responsible for financial losses. The responsibility to play responsibly and set personal limits rests entirely with the user.

11. Changes and Amendments

joya9 log reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address or mobile number.

Continuing to use the platform after a change is made will be considered as your acceptance of the amended Terms. The date of the most recent update will be shown at the top of the page.

If any clause is found invalid or legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect. These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
